Ensure software performs well under load and remains maintainable
Manage the full software development lifecycle: research, design, development, and deployment
Work in an agile environment, collaborating with colleagues to develop technical solutions
Actively propose and implement improvements to enhance the software
Several years of experience in PHP development, preferably with frameworks like Symfony
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and PHPUnit
Good communication skills, fluent in English (German is nice to have, but not required)
