About the Role
As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategy for Greyhound and FlixBus. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining positioning, shifting marketing focus from search-first to a balanced approach, and translating business objectives into a data-driven marketing plan.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth for Greyhound and FlixBus in North America.
* Define and evolve long-term positioning for both brands, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints.
* Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
Experience with senior leadership roles across national or multi-state brands in the U.S. and/or Canada is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with an MBA or master's degree, is preferred.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with 7-10+ years of progressive B2C marketing experience, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving results. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
