We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/f) with a strong focus on acquisition channels and marketing efficiency to join our rapidly growing team at our modern Munich office.
You will drive performance, optimize marketing investments, and unlock growth through data-driven decision-making. This is a high-impact position at the core of our D2C growth engine, with full ownership of performance marketing and a direct contribution to revenue and profitability.
Performance Marketing Ownership & Efficiency:
Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and overall marketing efficiency. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
Own tracking infrastructure (e.g. analytics tools, attribution models) and ensure data accuracy across all platforms.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
~2-3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or healthcare-related industries.
~ Strong hands-on experience with key platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliate networks).
~ Track record of managing and scaling marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency.
~ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
~ Fluent in English; German is a plus.
