Your role and your tasks
As Online Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the conception, implementation and optimization of our digital marketing strategies:
* Development and implementation of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing)
* Creation and analysis of performance reports and derivation of data-based optimizations
* Strategic further development of our social media channels and creation of target group-oriented content
* Researching and implementing new trends in the field of digital marketing
* Support in marketing our services:
* Events, training courses and conferences
* Advice and support
* )
What you bring with you
* Completed studies in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification
* At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing
* Sound knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing and common analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sistrix)
* Creativity and a good feel for texts and visual design
* Interest in IT and open source technologies is a plus
* Solution-oriented and independent work
* Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured way of working
* Very good knowledge of German and English
