What we are looking for:
To help us on our mission, we are looking for a talented and highly ambitious C++ Software Developer who’s excited to build performant, scalable, and robust software systems. In this role, you'll work on core components, internal libraries, and cross-platform features that impact millions of users worldwide. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, contribute ideas, and push boundaries as part of a dynamic, collaborative, and international engineering team. You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. 1. Develop, improve and maintain high-quality software components in C++
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions
3. Be the developer that other developers can count on and ask for advice
4. Play a key role in business-critical projects in various areas of development (Client, Back-end, Research and others)
Basic Qualifications:
5. Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
6. Easy to work with
7. Sense of urgency
8. Strong experience in C++ development (professional or private)
9. Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory management, and low-level programming
10. Ability to write clean, efficient, and portable code
11. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively
12. Passion for building robust and scalable software
13. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills and Experience:
14. Experience managing large scale systems
15. Developed and deployed software that has been used in real world applications
16. Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing
17. Previous experience in other programming languages
