As a Senior Product Designer (d/f/m), your responsibilities will include: Own the end-to-end product design across our B2C and B2B web applications, driving everything from early concepts and wireframing to high-fidelity execution and prototyping. Partner closely with Software Engineers to build solutions that are not just technically feasible, but push the boundaries of modern web aesthetics and functional excellence. Establish and evolve our design foundations, ensuring our Figma libraries, component logic, and design tokens stay perfectly in sync with our codebase. Champion craftsmanship and attention to detail by obsessing over typography, spacing, and micro-interactions to maintain a world-class user experience. Provide strategic design direction, ensuring that our visual systems are scalable, consistent, and intuitive for a global audience. Translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, bridging the gap between sophisticated technical logic and a seamless user journey. What you will need to succeed in this role: Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Design role, successfully shipping high-end web interfaces in a product-led environment. Strong background in digital product design with at least 5 years of experience and a portfolio that ideally showcases both B2C and B2B expertise in building clean, technical, and high-end web interfaces. Expert-level Figma skills and deep experience with component-driven design systems (e.g., Radix, shadcn/ui). Deep intuition for modern web frameworks, possessing a strong understanding of technical possibilities and constraints to ensure designs are as functional as they are beautiful. Expertise in systemic design thinking, with the ability to structure visual systems and design tokens that can be seamlessly translated into scalable UI by engineering teams. High level of autonomy and a pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to shipping quality products in a fast-paced environment.
