* You develop regional marketing and sales strategies together with the RCT on the basis of national product positioning, with a focus on good customer experience.
* You act as a sparring partner and shape the orientation and sales activities in your region together with your RCT and other partners in the company.
Responsibility for Sales Targets and Budget for the RCT:
* You steer and are responsible for achieving sales targets in your region and adhering to budgets.
* You ensure that customer-oriented goals (customer satisfaction, NPS etc.) are achieved.
Key Qualifications:
* Modern leadership and coaching skills, preferably with experience in Agile Leadership
* Ability to transfer responsibility and develop strong, autonomous teams (empowerment)
* Multiple years of experience in healthcare / pharmaceutical industry in an outside sales role in a leadership position / Regional Manager
* Experience in moderation, mediation and handling team dynamics
* Very good communication skills, customer- and service orientation, as well as team skills
* Networked and solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
* Change readiness and will to shape
* Digital mindset and openness to new things
