From themed parties to relaxed social nights, we create an atmosphere where guests feel at home—and that’s where you come in. Role Overview: We’re looking for a confident, energetic Karaoke Host who can both run the show and be the show. You’ll host karaoke nights and support small in-house events, keeping the vibe fun, inclusive, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: Host weekly karaoke nights: manage song queues, sound system, and flow of the event Warm up the crowd with your own singing and stage presence Encourage guest participation and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere Assist in planning and hosting other hostel events (e.g., trivia nights, themed parties, open mic sessions) Interact with guests from diverse backgrounds and help build a social community Set up and pack down basic audio equipment What We’re Looking For: Confident singer with a good stage presence (professional training not required) Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills Comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging an international audience Basic technical understanding of audio equipment is a plus Reliable and able to work evenings/weekends Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus) What We Offer: Flexible minijob schedule (approx. 10 hours/week) A fun, social work environment with travelers from around the world Opportunity to showcase your personality and talent Potential for additional hours or responsibilities over time 14,55€ per hour (Max 603€ per month)
