As Director Global E-Commerce Digital Consumer Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of consumers interact with our brand online. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of a global digital consumer experience strategy that reflects PUMA’s brand values and business goals Own the roadmap for consumer-facing digital products, ensuring they’re intuitive, impactful, and tailored to market needs Collaborate with regional teams to understand local consumer behaviors and translate insights into globally scalable solutions Be the voice of the consumer in our E-Commerce product backlog—prioritizing features and improvements that truly enhance the user experience Drive innovation across the entire digital journey—from product discovery and search to checkout and repeat purchases Oversee UX/UI design efforts, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints through a robust design system Use data, testing, and consumer feedback to continuously optimize conversion rates and elevate the shopping experience Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Business Units to bring seamless, brand-aligned experiences to life Lead and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth. YOUR TALENT Extensive experience in global consumer experience strategy and digital product management within E-Commerce (10 years of proven experience) You bring a unique blend of strategic vision, consumer empathy, and digital expertise Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems, with a track record of delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer behavior and translate insights into impactful product enhancements Expertise in search and merchandising optimization, including algorithmic improvements and analytics A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, working effectively with Marketing, Engineering, and Business Units A passion for the PUMA brand and a commitment to delivering best-in-class consumer experiences.
