We are an international recruitment firm for the private capital sector with ten locations on three continents. We work with private capital funds across a range of strategies from venture through growth, buyouts, restructuring, private debt, infrastructure and family offices as well as their portfolio firms. To support our team in Munich, we are looking for a Candidate Resourcer starting in January 2026. ABOUT THE ROLE The Resourcer role sits alongside our team of experienced consultants, supporting them in every aspect of their everyday work, sourcing individuals from our own networks, our register of candidates as well as from external sources. You will screen potential candidates to meet our client specifications, conduct mapping and screening interviews with the candidates and share your findings with the team. You also participate continuously in regular internal meetings with colleagues and work on firm-wide business development initiatives. In addition, you will be involved in our university workshops as part of the presenting team. RESPONSIBILITIES A high level of personal presentation and determination is vital with responsibilities including the following: Sourcing candidates and initiating contact by telephone from recommendations, internet and other sources Screening and interviewing candidates Building long term relationships with candidates in the relevant industries Mapping candidate pools from relevant companies / industries Compiling analyses in excel and creating market overviews Managing administration and logistics of assignments THE SKILLS YOU WILL NEED PER has an excellent reputation in the private equity market.
