Key Responsibilities
1. We act as trusted advisors to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR initiatives.
2. Our role involves managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration follow-up, performance management, career development, and offboarding processes.
3. We coordinate and facilitate performance reviews; ensure consistent application of performance appraisal criteria across the firm; provide coaching to managers and employees.
4. We serve as key points of contact for employees, actively listening to their needs, providing support, and addressing concerns to ensure their well-being and motivation.
5. We drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
6. We advise on HR policies, employment law, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
7. We analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
* You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance, or consulting.
* You possess a strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
* You build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* You act as a team player and demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* You handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* You exhibit a proactive mindset with problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
* You are fluent in English, with French and German being beneficial.
