We are seeking a seasoned Security Delivery Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
* Lead security activities and processes related to Managed Security Services for clients.
* Implement and ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and best practices, such as ISO/IEC 27000, NIST series 800, and FIPS.
* Evaluate customer feedback and enhance procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the security interface between clients and our organization.
2. Collaborate closely with SOC Managers, Project Managers, and other teams within our organization.
3. Review and improve KPIs according to service requirements.
4. Publish and communicate periodic reports to clients.
5. Manage and respond to security requests and needs within our organization.
6. Support the implementation of security controls.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT security or related fields (Master's preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in IT security, security management, telecoms, and cybersecurity topics.
* Familiarity with hardware/software systems, security infrastructure, and governance activities.
* Certifications in ISO/IEC 27001:2005, ISO/IEC 27005:2011, and ITILv3, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.
* Fluency in English and French.
