Job Description:

Take over the operation and platform development for Germany's largest web portal, with over 10 billion page impressions per month and over 30,000 servers.
* You will manage the administration teams across three locations and oversee the development of operating platforms (CD/CI, Kubernetes, storage, databases, etc.).
* You will be involved in designing system architectures and strategic/technical roadmaps.
* You will drive continuous improvement in availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.
* You will develop strategies for 24/7 system availability, including deployment through software development.
* You will set goals, monitor their progress, coach managers, and support them with a servant leadership approach.
* You will collaborate closely with software development, product management, and in-house data centers.
