Job Title: Initiative Partner Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and independent Assistant to support our team in our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the department, managing email inboxes and telephone calls, preparing presentations, organizing events, billing, and writing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the team with administrative tasks for 32-40 hours per week
* Ensuring the efficient running of the department as a reliable and independent assistant
* Preparing presentations and supporting the team in their daily work
* Organising events, meetings and appointments
* Billing and invoicing
* Managing and keeping track of email inboxes and telephone calls
* Writing up correspondence and reports
Requirements:
* Relevant professional experience in a similar role in a consulting firm
* Independent, dependable and flexible way of working
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Very strong command of German language
* Strong written and spoken English skills are advantageous but not necessary
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
