Aufgaben
1. ■In dieser Rolle entwickeln und steuern Sie die globale Social-Media-Kanalstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Head of Corporate Communications.
2. ■Als strategischer Verantwortlicher übernehmen Sie die Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätskontrolle der Corporate Social-Media-Kanäle.
3. ■Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich globale Social-Media-Projekte, wie z. B. das Corporate Influencer Programm, und stellen deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher.
4. ■Mit professionellen Schulungs- und Enablement-Formaten unterstützen und beraten Sie international Social-Media-Redakteur*innen und Key Stakeholder.
5. ■Auf Basis von Trendanalysen identifizieren Sie strategisch relevante Entwicklungen und leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab.
Profil
6. ■Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium (mind. Bachelor) im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
7. ■Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder Unternehmenskommunikation.
8. ■Nachgewiesene Expertise als Spezialist*in im Bereich Social Media und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Steuerung von Social-Media-Kanälen und -Projekten.
9. ■Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Gesprächssituationen.
10. ■Spezialkenntnisse über Monitoring- und Social-Listening-Tools.
