Since more than 20 years, TESAT is pioneering the development and production of space borne laser communication terminals.
The company is currently involved in numerous national and international quantum cryptographic pilot projects and explores use cases for space borne quantum sensing and metrology.
develop optical and quantum communication satellite payloads
perform system engineering task for complex optical communications payloads
participate in technology development programs for essential building blocks of next-generation optical and quantum payloads
analyze and interpret data
interact and support customers regarding technical requirements and specifications
Master s Degree in communications engineering or other related STEM fields, e.g., physics, photonics, etc.
Hands-on experience with lasers, opto-electronics and optics
Willingness to work in a team in multi-partner project structures
Fluent in English and German
