Your tasks:
* Provide technical support to customers throughout the entire product design-in and lifecycle process for congatec software products
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and reliable 2nd level technical support
* Support the Sales organization during design-win activities and customer projects
* Prepare and conduct product workshops and trainings for customers, partners and employees
* Create, maintain and close customer support tickets using internal databases
* Manage communication between customers and 3rd level software support
* Work closely with internal departments to develop and implement customer-specific solutions
* Conduct customer visits (workshops, enablement, support) when required for customer relations and sales support
* Provide technical support at trade shows and customer-related events
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a comparable technical qualification
* Several years (apporoximately 5+ years) of experience in field support within embedded computing or a similar industry
* Strong technical background in embedded systems with a focus on software
* Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-initiated working style
* Good understanding of customer needs and sales-related processes
* Professional communication and presentation skills when representing the company and its products
* Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
* Experience working both independently and in cross-functional teams
* Proficient in using common computer tools and internal support systems
* Knowledge of relevant policies, processes and technical documentation practices
