Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) withintheframeworkofthe global Complexity Management Program (CMP)
2. Further develop and ensurecompany-wideprojectmanagementstandards and methods
3. Monitor and track projectsregarding time, quality, and achievementofobjectives
4. Prepare and continuouslyimprovemanagementreporting
5. Coach businessprojectmanagerswithintherespectivedepartments
6. Develop and enhance a training and qualificationconceptforprojectmanagers
7. Work closelywiththe Global Process Management (GPM) organization and otherkeyfunctions (e.g., Change Management, IT)
Qualifications:
8. Successfullycompleteddegree in industrialengineering, businessadministration, mechanicalengineering, or a comparablefieldofstudy
9. Severalyearsof professional experience in projectmanagement, ideally in an international industrialormechanicalengineeringenvironment
10. Solid knowledge in applyingprojectmanagementstandards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) and processmanagementmethods
11. Experience in leading PMO organizationsormanagingcomplex, cross-functionalprojects
12. Strong organizational skills, analyticalmindset, and a deepunderstandingofbusinessprocesses
13. Confident and audience-orientedcommunicationskillscombinedwithpersuasiveness at all hierarchicallevels
14. Team-oriented, motivated, and solution-drivenworking style
15. Excellentcommandof German and English, bothwritten and spoken
