Join us and let’s build the future.________________________________Director Product Line Management(m/f/d)________________________________Place: EMEA remoteType: Full-TimeLevel: SeniorYou will make an impact in the following way:Lead the strategic direction and growth of Belden’s wireless product portfolio, ensuring differentiation, innovation, and customer valueDrive cross-functional product execution across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations—ensuring quality, timely delivery, and commercial successDefine and execute a compelling product roadmap based on deep market insight, technology trends and customer needsManage the full product lifecycle, from go-to-market planning and launch to EOL transitions, ensuring organic growth and customer migrationServe as the central orchestrator across the business—connecting R&D, sales, pricing, marketing, legal, and operations to drive alignment and executionFoster collaboration and interoperability across product categories to create end-to-end solutions that support Belden’s transformation from product to solution providerLead and develop a high-performing, diverse team of product managers with clear accountability, strategic clarity, and growth mindsetChampion the wireless business internally and externally—acting as the voice, advocate, and driver of long-term successWhat you will bring:Education – Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; MBA preferredExperience – 10+ years in product management, including 3–5 years in a leadership role, proven success launching and growing complex hardware/software product lines, demonstrated ability to lead without authority across functions and regions, experience driving full lifecycle strategies including pricing, GTM, EOL, and financial performanceIndustry Knowledge – Deep understanding of networking in industrial verticals (e.g., manufacturing, energy, transportation), familiarity with technologies such as embedded system and industrial IoT as well as interoperability and solution buildingPersonality – Visionary mind with sharp market insight and a bias for action, strong communicator, team builder, and influencer with high emotional intelligence, data-driven decision-maker who thrives in ambiguity and makes progress with imperfect information, high integrity, inclusive leadership style, and a strong eye for developing talentWillingness to travel – Up to 50%, including internationalLanguage proficiency – Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plusLet’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
