We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program, a comprehensive development path designed to kick-start your career in technology.
This 12-24 month program offers hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience within Customer Success, enabling you to develop the skills and expertise required to excel as a Data Technical Sales Engineer.
You will work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs, establish credibility and trust, and showcase the value of IBM's industry-leading solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Client Management: Manage a dedicated client set and define, confirm and communicate the value of IBM's Data technology at both the technical and business level.
* Solution Definition and Proof of Concept Delivery: Learn and employ Data solution-selling techniques to identify and engage decision makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and respond to clients' needs.
* Credibility Building and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals.
* Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process and ensure delivery against KPIs, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills that are engaging, compelling, and influential.
* English and local language proficiency requested.
* Analytical skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes.
* Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within IBM and partners.

Location:
