OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ACTIVITY You will take care of the organization of the project office and support the project management and the team in all administrative and organizational matters. IMPORTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Organization of the project office by, among other things, administration of office materials, checking of invoices, booking of incoming goods, scheduling and travel planning, coordination of craftsmen, the landlord and the caretaker - Design and organization of team-building measures - Organization, coordination and preparation of appointments with internal and external parties and, if necessary, taking minutes - Input from the HR department, e.g. Checking and booking time recording and ensuring the flow of information - Fleet management, including occupancy of pool vehicles, scheduling and monitoring service appointments The activities described here are not exhaustive and the position holder may be asked by supervisors to take on additional tasks appropriate to the position.
