Lead all financial planning cycles (budgeting, rolling forecasting, long‑term planning) for BU and plant Hamburg and drive profitability through margin analysis, pricing strategy, and manufacturing analytics. Increase performance transparency via KPI‑driven reporting, Power BI automation, and continuous improvement of FP
