Your tasks
For our client Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, we are seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Manager for the Design Office (m/f/d) on a temporary staffing basis. In this multifaceted leadership and coordination role, you will be responsible for quality assurance planning and will oversee technical design reviews in close collaboration with the program and certification teams. 8. Quality planning : Independent preparation, creation and implementation of the department-specific quality assurance plan (QAP).
9. Design review : Preparation of and participation in technical design reviews to ensure conformity with all relevant plans.
10. Interface function : Function as the main contact person and representative of the quality area to the Chief Engineering, the helicopter programs and the certification teams.
11. Team coordination : Professional coordination of specialists and other team members in the design office.
12. Process optimization : Initiation and implementation of continuous improvement measures to increase operational efficiency.
13. Analysis & Culture : Preparation and execution of functional analyses as well as active promotion of a sustainable “lessons learned” culture at the site.
Your profile
14. Studies : (at least a Bachelor's degree) in Engineering or a comparable field of study
15. Professional experience : Professional experience (over 3 years) in the areas of development and quality assurance; relevant experience in the field of aerospace development is an advantage.
16. Technical skills : Practical experience with design reviews and sound knowledge of system development processes (V-model), good understanding of the principles of configuration management.
17. Language skills : Fluent in German and English
