The Super HR Team Germany is growing, and for this special occasion, we are looking for our next TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST who will be responsible for:
Hiring:
* Writing & posting job advertisements
* Managing applications
* Conducting selection interviews aimed at recruiting new talents for our restaurants in Germany
* Supporting the organisation of Career Days across Germany and online
Campus Management:
* Participating in the organisation of events at hospitality schools.
* Developing our company network with target schools and institutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A dynamic, organised, and effective person who shares our values: authenticity, excellence, meritocracy & entrepreneurship.
* A proactive profile in finding new ideas & solutions to support HR processes and, obviously, a sunny and positive person who loves working in a team.
* Proven experience in Recruitment in a fasted-paced environment (where in hospitality and restaurants even better).
* Good understanding of HR processes and practices (nice to have basic knowledge on local employment law and regulatory compliance).
* Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine interest in the restaurant industry and its roles.
* Good management of ATS & back office.
* Languages: Preferably italian and english speaker / german nice to have.
