Your seat to fill:
* Design and develop product patterns for new products that meet both design and technical specifications
* Inspect and verify production patterns to ensure accuracy and consistency with design standards
* Utilize CAD systems for the precise development of patterns, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the production process
* Implement and integrate technical standards into product requirements, ensuring industry compliance
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of quality standards, driving continuous improvement
* Manage technical documentation for production, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment throughout product development
* Monitor production facilities to ensure products meet design and quality standards
* Test samples to ensure they meet performance and quality requirements
Your stroll to CYBEX:
* Completed studies or apprenticeship as a clothing technician, pattern constructor, or related field
* 5-8 years of experience in pattern development, quality control, and production within the textile or fashion industry
* Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CAD software for pattern creation.
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* A structured and results-driven approach to work, with strong attention to detail
* Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop new solutions and patterns
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
