As our Marketing & Leasing Manager (m/f/d), you own occupancy: you fill our units, build demand, and close tenants. This isn't support work — it's the engine of the company, and you'll sit close to every key decision in a young, fast-moving team. Sales Manager You take full ownership of the leasing process for our portfolio, from initial marketing to the final contract, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction. You create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for available apartments across all relevant online portals and channels. You guide prospective tenants through the entire journey – from the first inquiry and viewings to the contract signing – supported by modern, AI-assisted tools. You continuously monitor your leasing performance, analyze key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, and optimize our conversion funnel. You work in close partnership with the founders to strategically refine and scale our leasing operations as the company grows.
