Your tasks
As a site manager in the planning office, you will be the key interface between the design team and the construction site. You will be responsible for work phases 6 to 8 in accordance with HOAI:
6. Construction management & quality: you will supervise the construction work on site and ensure that the office's planning specifications are implemented to a high quality, on time and within budget.
7. Tendering & awarding: You create precise specifications and provide competent support in the awarding of contracts.
8. Central coordination: You manage communication between clients (public/private), contractors and your colleagues from the specialist planning department.
9. Modern construction management: You work in an advanced IT environment and use digital tools for documentation and scheduling.
Your profile
10. Qualifications: Successfully completed studies (Architecture / Civil Engineering - Master/Diploma) or a comparable construction qualification (construction technician / master craftsman).
11. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in construction management, ideally gained in an architectural or engineering office.
12. Appearance: You have assertiveness towards construction companies as well as diplomatic skills in dealing with clients.
13. Skills: Confident handling of AVA software, MS Office and digital communication tools.
14. Mobility: Class B driver's license.
