Long-term Contract
We seek a Construction Director to take a long-term strategic position with previous experience of developing and executing ambitious mega projects in the Pharmaceutical industries.
With the growth of CAPEX in Germany's industrial base, this is an excellent opportunity to join and lead multi-billion euro projects. Working alongside the Project Director, you'll play a key role in the Site Leadership Team, ensuring safety, quality, and best-in-class execution across all construction management functions.
This position is for a Construction Leader with a strong background in developing strategic construction execution plans from the conceptual design phase and delivering through to start-up.
As the main focal point for the entire construction effort, you will be responsible for developing and leading the construction management function, driving best practices, and ensuring adherence to project PMP procedures from engineering through facility start-up.

* Oversee all aspects of construction management, from planning to final account settlement.
* Implement and lead cutting-edge methodologies in construction, governance, and risk management.
* Partner with engineering, project controls, and design teams to integrate construction needs seamlessly into project plans.
* Build and grow a world-class team, aligning global standards with local regulatory requirements
