Annapurna are currently working with an exciting SaaS scale up in the construction tech space that is helping the building trade to truly digitise processes and save companies time, making them more efficient.
They are currently looking to hire a customer service manager that will provide excellent support and advise to the users, helping them to navigate any issues. You will be communicating on email, phone and chat bots keeping customers updates throughout the process.
This role will suit someone that has worked in the customer service filed before and dealt with large amounts of queries. You won't need to have worked with a tech business to be considered for this role.
