Lead development initiatives in the finance and insurance sector.
Actively contribute to project success during the delivery phase.
Minimum three years of consulting and software development experience.
NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS Development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Hybrid work model: 2-3 days remote per week.
