We’re looking for an HR Specialist in part-time to support our People team in keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of our employee experience, helping with HR processes, admin tasks, and making sure our team members get the support they need.
What you’ll do
* Maintain and update employee records in our HR system
* Support onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documents and coordinating equipment/access
* Assist with payroll and other HR admin tasks
* Answer questions from team members about HR policies, processes, and benefits
* Help schedule interviews, coordinate candidate communications, and manage applicant records
* Support HR projects and help improve processes
* Ensure HR data and processes comply with policies and local labor laws
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in HR, Business Admin, or related field
* 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (experience in a tech or fast-growing environment is a plus)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly and clear communicator, able to work with different teams
* Comfortable handling confidential information
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with Personio is a plus
* Self-starter who can work independently but loves collaborating with the team
