Responsibilities:
* Support of our customers' servers and networks
* Optimization and support of our customers' 3CX telephone system
* Support for our customers' Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants
* Independent implementation of server migrations
Skills/Must have:
* Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration
* Several years of professional experience is desirable
* Initiative and independent thinking and acting
* Expertise with cloud or on premise VOIP PBX systems
* Windows server administration
* Microsoft 365 know-how desirable
* Network and firewall knowledge desirable
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
