Job Title: Leasing Coordinator (m/f/d)
Based At: Wertheim Village
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the Leasing Director in his work by fulfil daily tasks with him
* Consistently updating of all Remerchandising Documents (Maps, Remerch. Plan, Agenda/Minutes, Pipeline call)
* Coordination of Meetings (Presentations, Catering, Timing, Rooms, Invitations)
* Track the Leasing Timelines and dates
* Take Minutes of every Leasing Meeting
* Preparing Info packages, HoTs (internal and external)
* Close communication with Legal, regarding new Documents (Insurance, Bank Guarantee, SEPA)
* Preparing internal Presentations (Openings, JLD, Unit offers)
* Set up Legal Document
* Checking if external maps (Village Maps)
* Updating SharePoint
* Monthly Bank Reporting
* Updating Salesforce
* Support on Budget meetings and preparation
* Attended internal meetings (RDT; Compliance Meeting etc.)
* Point of contact to every Department
* Close communication with Finance, regarding Base Rent Uplifts
* Request all invoices to check the investment sum, to set up a PO to pay the contribution
* Work hand in hand with Business Analyst to support him
* Double check which TI is paid, contracted etc.
* Preparing Negotiations Sheets
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous experience gained in real estate company/developer, accountancy, legal studio or retail company is ideal
* Working knowledge of real estate/legal issues
* Good communication skills, an outgoing personality
* Structured and independent way of working
* Flexible, critical thinker who is proactive and takes initiative
* Strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
* Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, plus knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage
