We are sourcing on behalf of a client — a boutique Go-To-Market and Revenue Operations consultancy that partners with high-growth B2B SaaS companies to design, build, and scale their commercial engines. Their work spans GTM strategy, CRM architecture, sales and marketing automation, and operational transformation. About the Role

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Consultant is a mid-to-senior level specialist role focused on optimizing and executing GTM strategies for B2B SaaS organizations, particularly within the DACH region. This position combines deep expertise in sales operations, marketing automation, and revenue operations (RevOps) with hands-on project management and agile methodologies.

The role is designed for professionals with a strong network in the startup SaaS ecosystem, a proven track record in sales or GTM execution, and advanced proficiency in automation tools. The consultant will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, accelerating product launches, and scaling revenue-generating processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement scalable GTM architecture for sales, marketing, and revenue teams across early-stage and growth-stage SaaS companies.
* Own automation and systems engineering, building integrations and process flows using Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, and other no-code/low-code tools.
* Leverage your existing SaaS network to open doors to new client engagements or collaborative partnerships. This is a key part of your success.
* Audit and optimize CRM and RevOps platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to improve data hygiene, reporting, and operational workflows.
* Build repeatable playbooks for pipeline generation, lead handoff, and onboarding workflows that scale.
* Lead agile GTM projects: define roadmaps, run sprints, manage deliverables, and continuously iterate with stakeholders.
* Deliver clear, actionable reporting on GTM performance metrics, and surface insights to guide strategic decisions.
* Train client teams on CRM best practices, automation usage, and how to own and evolve the systems you implement.
* Stay ahead of the curve on GTM tech stacks, market tools, and emerging automation strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

* 4+ years in GTM, revenue, or sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
* Demonstrated ability to generate business via your own SaaS network, particularly within the DACH startup ecosystem.
* Expert-level knowledge of sales/marketing automation platforms: Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, and familiarity with API workflows.
* Deep hands-on experience with CRM configuration and optimization (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
* Experience leading cross-functional GTM projects in agile environments.
* Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills; you can diagnose problems and engineer elegant solutions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you’re comfortable working with founders, GTM leaders, and cross-functional teams.
* Native-level or professional proficiency in German, with strong English fluency.
* Self-driven and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup contexts.

* Based in Berlin, with access to local startup networks and communities.
* Track record of delivering CRM/RevOps transformations in high-growth SaaS companies.
* Agile project management experience; certification is a plus.
* Bonus: background in consulting, freelance ops engineering, or fractional RevOps work.
