Our Munich office advises clients on strategic communications and financial transactions. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join as an Associate Director or Director (all genders) Strategy & Transaction Communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary or secondary client contact, advising on communication strategies and all aspects of internal and external communications.
* Develop compelling narratives for complex situations, assist with client positioning, and prepare management for key milestones.
* Collaborate with international teams and practice groups to deliver integrated solutions, leveraging shared knowledge and networks.
* Monitor political and economic debates in Germany and Europe, providing tailored recommendations.
* Bring innovative ideas and formats, with a deep understanding of financial matters like M&A, IPOs, and financing activities.
* Network within the media landscape, support new business activities, and engage with stakeholders.
* Manage projects effectively, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of the Munich office.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, finance/economics, journalism, political science, or related fields.
* 3-6 years of experience as an Associate Director and at least 6 years as a Director in consulting, finance, communications, or journalism.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills in German and English.
* Understanding of the media landscape, especially business and financial media.
* Ability to assess critical situations and provide informed recommendations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, strong organizational skills.
* Excellent people and project management skills, confident stakeholder interaction.
* Passion for communications, innovative mindset, and courage to challenge standards.
