What we look for: You jointly take on the strategic leadership and further development of the Data & AI Engineering practice together with the management team. You own the end-to-end architecture of complex data and AI platforms and drive their successful delivery across multiple teams and client engagements. You shape the technological direction of data, cloud, and AI systems, including distributed architectures, data platforms, and LLM- and agent-based applications. You ensure that architectural decisions translate into scalable, production-grade solutions that can be effectively executed by delivery teams. You define and establish standards, best practices, and reusable architectures to continuously raise engineering excellence. You drive innovation in AI, LLM systems, and platform architecture and develop new services and thought leadership based on emerging trends. You play an active role in sales and pitching activities and represent OMMAX in strategic client interactions. You work closely with the OMMAX Leadership Team and People & Culture to scale the team and attract top talent. What we require: You hold an outstanding degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. You bring several years of functional and leadership experience in data, AI, or software engineering environments. You demonstrate deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud architectures. You have extensive experience designing and scaling production-grade AI and LLM systems, including retrieval and agent-based architectures. You are highly proficient in Python and experienced in building scalable, event-driven backend systems. You have proven experience in leading teams and managing complex technical projects in client-facing environments. You combine strong analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
