Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewables on short-term electricity and balancing markets – while minimizing risks.
Your team: You'll join Jan (Mid Market BDM), Alishan (BDR), Daniel (CCO) - and soon also an Enterprise Sales Manager. Together, you'll be part of a commercial crew that values collaboration, ambition, and honest feedback.
We're a team of 45 people, combining a warm, supportive team culture with true startup drive. Following our successful Series A, we're expanding our commercial team in Hamburg and looking for a results-driven relationship builder to unlock the potential of Germany's mid market segment.

* Clients: German Mid market B2B (IPPs, Stadtwerke, project developers) – portfolios 40–100 MW, ACV €50–150k
* KPIs: Close at least 15 complex projects per quarter; manage 6–12 month sales cycles, working with high-quality inbound leads
* Profile: Proven B2B closer with deep experience in complex consultative sales; results-driven, proactive, able to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and sell value beyond price
* Languages: Fluent German (clients), solid English (internal)
