WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Analysis of stakeholder requirements
* Definition of technical requirements
* Logical/functional decomposition of the system into subsystems or assemblies
* Creation of system/subsystem specifications and design descriptions
* Technical management during development (technical planning, management of requirements, interfaces and risks)
* Reporting on budget, costs, deadlines and quality standards
* Preparation and execution of internal design reviews
* Coordination, monitoring and documentation of the implementation, integration, verification and validation of the system
* Internal cooperation with other departments
This position can be filled at our locations in Unterlüß or Hamburg.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
* Successfully completed university degree, e.g. in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or similar
* Several years of professional experience as a systems engineer and initial knowledge of project management
* Experience in the metalworking industry is an advantage
* Sound knowledge of systems engineering tools such as DOORS and Enterprise Architect
* Very good written and spoken English
* High degree of initiative and flexibility as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to travel
