Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a client specialized in the industrial sector located in Bissen.
Your missions :
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries and product availability.
Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Analyze customer forecasts and monitor demand trends.
Collaborate closely with Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability.
Identify potential supply issues and proactively communicate solutions.
Participate in regular customer meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and customer portals.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and proactive communication.
Your profile :
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Administration or a similar role.
Experience managing orders and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
Fluent English is mandatory.
French is considered an asset.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
