Your tasks
9. Learning the corporate obligations for production compliance (e.g. ArbSchG., GefStoffV., etc.)
10. Support in the creation and maintenance of operational documents and data for operators in the field (e.g. hazard assessments, operating instructions, risk analyses, SOPs, etc.)
11. Collecting, using and networking operational data (e.g. also experimental or measurement data)
12. Support with and implementation of site inspections & instructions
13. Monitoring of the current operational status and continuous validation of progress (e.g. heat map/dashboard)
14. Transfer of inventory data to sustainable software solutions (e.g. SAP, dashboards, monday, etc.)
15. Interface communication (matrix work) with internal and possibly external partners
16. Collaboration in the organization and management of the document structure (archiving practice)
17. Participation in projects (agile working environment) according to operational needs
18. Ambassador of a continuous security culture
Your profile
19. Ideally successfully completed scientific studies (specializing in organic chemistry) and/or professional experience with a qualifying degree and successfully proven work experience, preferably with a background in the food industry

21. Good and careful documentation practice (e.g. in dealing with manufacturing regulations)
22. Meticulous way of thinking and working to identify potential hazards and assess risks
23. Knowledge of the digitization of documents, digital work and IT affinity in general (e.g. google tools)
24. initial experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry (also internship, shadowing, etc.) or in dealing with trainees/students
25. strong communication skills in German & English, especially when dealing with different target groups
26. Ability to work in a team, independent, motivated and structured way of working
27. Sustainable quality management
28. Reliable handling of GDPR requirements and IP protection
Nice to have:
29. Absolutely helpful is contact with first legal basics from e.g. modules such as legal studies, ChemVV §11, in natural science study programs
30. A doctorate is a plus
