Job Description
As a Team Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This involves overseeing the daily activities of your team, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase productivity and quality.
Your main focus will be to create and drive a culture of safety and wellbeing within your team. You will also be responsible for analyzing shift performance against relevant business objectives and putting in place actions to improve operational excellence.
You will work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices and oversee projects to streamline processes, optimize productivity, and increase quality of service for customers.

Requirements
* A degree in a relevant field
* Relevant experience in people management, including communication with stakeholders at all levels
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
* Experience working in another logistics environment
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
