Job Description About the role: In this role, you will drive the growth of our marketplace by building and developing key accounts across multiple European markets. You will combine strategic sales with hands-on execution, directly impacting seller performance, revenue growth, and international expansion. About your tasks: You own the end-to-end development of key accounts across multiple European markets (DE/AT/IT/BE) You identify, acquire, and grow top-tier sellers and high-potential accounts, building long-term partnerships You manage the full lifecycle from acquisition and onboarding to scaling and international expansion of your sellers You lead complex contract negotiations on senior level and define commercial conditions independently You leverage data-driven analysis (including deep Excel dives) to optimize performance and unlock growth opportunities
