The Opportunity | What to expect In this role, you will act as a strategic partner at the interface between science and the market to accelerate clinical program delivery and maximize customer value. Network Champion: You establish and maintain valued relationships with external stakeholders, acting as the face of Roche and an ambassador in new Disease Areas. Scientific Exchange: You drive scientific knowledge exchange and medical education activities to support the strategy for an optimal customer experience. Clinical Support: You work closely with global and affiliate teams to coordinate the identification and engagement of clinical trial sites. Insight Generator: You define the insights collection strategy and execute activities to address knowledge gaps through advisory boards and surveys. Launch Enabler: As a disease area champion, you support affiliate engagement and training to accelerate the understanding of the ecosystem and support launch and access. Who you are | What you bring You are a driven individual with strong scientific and commercial acumen who thrives in an empowered environment and knows how to create purposeful collaborations. Education: You hold a Masteru2019s degree in science or a related field; a Postgraduate Degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) is a plus. Experience: You bring significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a medical or scientific customer-facing role. Expertise: You have a track record of scientific collaborations and deep scientific knowledge of the Cardiovascular Disease Area is highly desirable. Know-how: You possess knowledge of the drug development process, regulatory requirements, and drug safety/pharmacovigilance. Communication: Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.
