Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary：
Development, upgrade, or maintenance of IR products, including Rotary Compressor, Centrifuge Compressor, Vacuum and Blower. Responsible for new project mechanical design and maintain design drawing and documents according to work requirements.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete layouts, 3D models, sketches and detail drawings cooperating with product engineer design intention according to project schedule.
2. Lead mechanical subsystem design work such as casting, base & enclosure subsystem, piping system, fastener system and major machining parts.
3. Lead standardized structural design to improve team’s work efficiency and design quality.
4. Provides necessary design information to outside sources to achieve new product requirements and current product improvements. Creates designs that function in a safe manner, optimum cost and high reliability.
5. Manage well on engineering documentations (3D models, 2D drawings) in PTC Windchill system
Qualifications:
6. Bachelor degree major in Mechanical Engineering.
7. At least 3 years working experience in product mechanical design. Experience in compressor package design is preferred.
8. Engineering fundamental knowledge required, good knowledge in casting, machining, forging, sheet metal, welding.
Key Competencies:
9. Pro/E or Creo 3D modeling/2D Draft skills is MUST
10. Well knowledge to GD&T design and calculation
11. PTC Windchill or Teamcenter used experience is highly preferred
12. Basic skill on reading and written English
13. Finite Element Analysis knowledge is added advantage
14. Good team player; could work under pressure
