Junior HR Generalist - 18-month Leased Labor (m/f/d)
Support COE modules with professional HR policy, process, IT and template(eg. Budget management, recruitment and allocation, performance management, Promotion, C&Q, talent development, HQ project Subsidy Support, etc.);
Support daily communication with HQ contact person;
Support platform HRBP topics and team operations;
Support to non-employee management;
Cooperate with the HR team to support HR team operations
Initial experience in a similar function and/or completed academic degree, e.g. in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or another related field.;
Work experience in HR, experience in high-end research environment is advantageous.
International working experience across different functions and/or countries;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, intercultural awareness for European and Asian culture and openness for an international environment in a Chinese company;
Fluent in Chinese/ English/ German;
Basic knowledge of German labor law or visa issues is advantageous.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools;
