WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our Customs team you promote a digitalization and AI driven culture in the SDU and sustain awareness about quality & efficiency impact of AI and automation.
* In this first level leadership role, you are responsible for overseeing projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), carve outs, service transfers, functional initiatives, or IT projects.
* You develop project plans and monitor progress, milestones, and adherence to deadlines.
* You provide functional guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication between all involved parties.
* Furthermore, you handle stakeholder oriented presentations of project content and progress updates.
* You organize and execute training sessions, process transformations, testing, and data migrations, ensuring seamless results.
* In addition, you coordinate and manage project meetings and document the outcomes.
WHAT YOU OFFER
* bachelor''s or master''s degree in Business Administration
* at least 3 years of experience in the execution of projects on a global level
* profound Project Management knowledge
* expertise in the field of customs and a good understanding of latest IT trends
* fluent in English, German is a plus
* persuasiveness when advising internal and external stakeholders
