Job purpose
As part of the II Global Marketing Team, the training & customer programs manager is intended to participate into internal/external training programs definition and design in collaboration with Global Marketing Managers, as well as broader customer engagement programs initiatives. He/She will set up, communicate, coordinate, promote and follow up those programs with the sales organization to support the marketing strategy and tactics, and achieve sales objectives of II division.
Key responsabilities
Customer program
• Develop a comprehensive curriculum for health care professionals to support the different product lines, by creating, leading, delivering and monitoring education programs.
• Establish “Centers of Excellence” and “Professional Training Center” partnerships.
• Coordinate with global marketing managers some focus groups or strategic seminars to support voice of customers’ needs.
• Plan and coordinate some digital training program calendar, involving webinars or “incathlab” like sessions in collaboration with global marketing managers.
• Create a pool of physicians speakers and proctors to build a network of experts to cover technical and procedural aspects.
• Enrich education offer through supporting HCP certifications needs.
• Ensure communication across regions along with product registration & on-label indications. (Registration, programs, adverts…).
• Coordinate congress education events such as learning center activities together with marketing leads and potential with the speakers.
• Coordinate and follow-up on all administrative tasks to be completed in relation with HCPs interaction and programs (Sponsorships, T & L, invoicing ….).
Training
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Managers to design, develop and coordinate training curriculum to support organization to advance II expertise in the different therapy areas.
• Expand curriculum to include clinical selling, patient pathways, health economics and scientific guidelines.
• Ensure proper content development from internal/external stakeholders along with training calendar.
• Plan those programs and manage logistics to ensure delivery of all components of those training programs.
• Initiate and drive training program communication across regions (including associated costs).
• Continuously seek to improve training program through innovative training solutions (e-learning, on line sessions, virtual reality …)
• Partner with countries to help identifying needs for training and align on training initiatives on needs assessment
• Establish an effective tracking and recording process of the delivered training.
• Define and manage II sales force certification.
Skills and Key competencies
• Minimum 5 years in Education and/ or Customer Programs with international audiences
• University Degree or equivalent required
• Background and experience in high technology medical device area and pharmaceutical products
• Previous experience building training programs with associated metrics and KPIs. (internal and/or external)
• Strong organization & execution skills, ability to manage competing priorities and multiple project streams.
• Excellence in growing and maintaining productive customer relationship.
• Focus on quality assessment, key performance indictors and continuous improvement
• Key Opinion Leader oriented
• English fluent
