Business Administrator as Financial Analyst
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team as a Financial Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for improving and owning the financial model(s) to forecast and track performance.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, with at least 3 years of experience in financial modelling & data analysis from an industrial business environment.
You will work closely with our team to analyze business performance, cash flows, and KPIs, and provide analytical / data-driven insights to support business unit decision-making processes.

* Improve and own the financial model(s) to forecast and track performance
* Model operational processes and cash flow
* Analyze business performance, cash flows and KPIs
* Support preparation of monthly business performance reporting, board meetings, etc.
* Support business unit decision-making processes with analytical / data-driven insights
* Contribute to annual planning and ad hoc scenario analyses
Requirements
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 3 years of experience in financial modelling & data analysis from industrial business environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced data analytics and visualization skills preferred.
* Analytical skills and structural thinking
* Teamwork and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Business-fluent German and English
