With over 25 years of innovation, 100+ employees, and 20+ nationalities, EXTEDO stands as a leader in Regulatory Information Management (RIM).For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking a Manager Inside Sales (m/f/d) with functional people management responsibility.Your tasks – as important as our software:You are responsible for the creation, tracking, and adjustment of offers in close coordination with the sales team. Your tasks include:Professional and organizational leadership as well as coordination of the 2-person teamCoordination and processing of procurement procedures, both with pharmaceutical companies and health authoritiesCreation and processing of offers and contracts for our customers worldwide – you are not just a manager, but also an expertMonitoring and ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones within the context of tender processesHigh coordination and collaboration with the departments of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer CareReview and processing of orders to ensure efficient order fulfillmentMaintenance of customer master data in the CRM systemPreparation and analysis of relevant sales metricsUpdating of price lists and product descriptions in the CRM systemPre-qualification of leads for salesYour profile – as good as our solutions:Initial proven experience in leading a sales operations team is desirableHigh affinity and understanding of IT and software solutionsSolid professional experience in the operational work of inside salesCompleted commercial vocational training or degreeProficient use of common MS Office programs as well as CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is desirableVery good German and English language skills, with which you can communicate confidently in a professional settingReliability, strong communication skills, and teamwork are important to usWhy EXTEDO?Modern Working Conditions: Welcome to a relaxed and friendly work environment with an open-door policy.
