SCOT Plan Automation team owns models and services to optimize world wide Supply Chain planning. Our models influence how much inventory we will place into each warehouse and how much we will ship to the customer across North America, Europe and Japan. In close collaboration with transportation, labor planning, finance and other Supply Chain technology teams, we drive improvements in speed, cost and sustainability of our network. We are seeking Day 1 minded BIE for our team with mix of science and business knowledge to further improve our models and scale them globally. You will be at the forefront of experimenting with new models, developing data solutions, and creating new visualization metrics to enhance S&OP activities and drive process automation. You will play a vital role in maintaining and creating new data pipelines and create new models consumed by worldwide S&OP and operation teams. Basic Qualifications - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines - Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling - Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets - Bachelor's Degree in sciences, engineering, finance or equivalent Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in sciences, engineering, finance or equivalent - Experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations Research Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
